When you request help, we collect the contact details, licensing information and message you submit. We use this information to respond to your request and manage your case. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment card details or medical records through this form.

Consultation adviser

Reference mode uses public website records on your device and does not save conversations. When AI mode is enabled, your question and recent messages are sent to OpenAI to prepare a response. Do not enter identification numbers, passwords or private documents. The website does not save adviser conversations; the AI provider applies its own data policies. Checked reference answers remain available if AI is unavailable.

Website and security records

First-party cookies record visits, pages viewed, referral source and active time. IP addresses are encrypted; locations are approximate. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are honored for visit analytics. Administrator sign-ins are recorded separately for security, including time, account, IP address, approximate location, device, outcome and session activity. Security records remain in active logs for up to 180 days; protected backup copies expire separately.

Association membership

Submitting an inquiry creates a private account and permanent member number. Annual membership is $99 USD and activates after verified payment. It includes lifetime free consultations. Membership certificates require active annual membership. Public QR verification shows only member number, status and issue date.

Access and contact

Consultation records and security data are restricted to authenticated administrators. We do not publish your inquiry details. To request access, correction or a review of deletion, contact us through Help. External websites apply their own privacy policies.

MassageLicense.org is an independent information and assistance resource. Licensing authorities make eligibility and licensing decisions. Official requirements, forms and source documents control; translations and summaries are provided for convenience. External links do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Assistance and fees

Submitting an inquiry requests a response and does not submit a government application or purchase a service. Scope and fees are discussed before paid work begins. Government, examination and other third-party fees are separate. No license, examination result or processing deadline is guaranteed.
